Novature welcomes Hanneke Hoogenhout as new VP People & Culture

Novature is pleased to announce that Hanneke Hoogenhout will join the organization as VP People & Culture on September 1. Hanneke will become a member of the Novature / Companial Board and will be responsible for People & Culture across the organization.

Hanneke’s arrival marks an important moment in Novature’s continued development. She will contribute to building a stronger organization, one culture, and one shared future. By strengthening leadership teams and supporting employees, she will create an environment where people can grow, develop and perform at their best.

Hanneke brings extensive experience in Human Resources. Throughout her career, she has held various senior HR leadership roles in a wide range of organizations, from internationally listed companies to family-owned businesses and start-ups. More recently, she successfully built and managed her own catering business, adding valuable entrepreneurial experience to her strong HR and organizational background.
