Dycotrade appoints Leendert Vis as CEO

Leusden, August 26, 2025 – Dycotrade, a Microsoft Dynamics specialist for commodity trading and risk management, announces the appointment of Leendert Vis as its new CEO. With this leadership change, Dycotrade strengthens its growth strategy, accelerates its transition from a project-based organization to an independent software vendor (ISV), and deepens collaboration with other companies within the Novature group.

Leendert Vis (56) brings more than 25 years of leadership experience. He spent a significant part of his career at Hillebrand Gori, a global logistics service provider for beverages and food, where he held several executive roles in IT, supply chain, and operations. He later served as interim CIO at Van der Plas Group, where he will continue in an advisory role. In addition, he is a Supervisory Board member at Shypple, a digital freight forwarder providing importers and exporters with real-time insights into their supply chains. He will continue both roles alongside his new position as CEO of Dycotrade.

With his CIO background and extensive experience in international trade, Leendert combines IT expertise with deep market knowledge. This blend enables him to bridge the gap between technology and trading processes - precisely the focus of his new role. Dycotrade is advancing towards a full-fledged ISV in CTRM (Commodity Trade and Risk Management) software, with a strong emphasis on reliability, innovation and the application of AI. Leendert’s experience and vision are a perfect fit for this transition.
