Around 600 specialists help Microsoft Dynamics partners grow and navigate the move to AI
Leusden, October 27, 2026 – Companial, Ciellos and Simplanova are coming together under one brand: Companial. For Microsoft Dynamics partners, this means access to a broader portfolio of services through a single relationship, from licensing and partner enablement to consultancy, implementation, development, migrations and AI adoption. The combined company has around 600 specialists and serves more than 1,200 partners worldwide. Companial is presenting its new brand this week at Directions EMEA in Paris.
Bringing complementary strengths together
The three companies are sister companies within holding Novature, each with its own strengths: Companial in licensing and partner enablement, Simplanova in migrations and technical development, and Ciellos in functional consulting, implementation and dedicated development teams. By bringing these complementary strengths together, partners can access them through one organization and one relationship.
"The main reason is simple: it creates more value for our partners," says Louis Rustenhoven, CEO of Companial. "Instead of working with several specialized organizations, partners now have access to one ecosystem of services spanning licensing, enablement, consultancy, implementation, development, migrations and AI adoption."
Broader portfolio, simpler for partners
For existing partners, the people they work with today remain their first point of contact. At the same time, they can draw on the wider expertise of the combined organization. Each partner has one point of contact: a Partner Success Manager who brings in the right expertise when it's needed. "So, while our portfolio becomes broader, from a partner's perspective it actually becomes simpler," says Rustenhoven. "You do not have to navigate different organizations or specialist teams. You have one trusted advisor who helps you get the most out of everything we offer."
Helping partners adapt to AI
According to Companial, AI is changing how partners build solutions, deliver implementations and create value for their customers, creating both new opportunities and a need to adapt. . Partners can also draw on the AI adoption expertise of Digital Bricks, which is also part of the Novature Group. While Digital Bricks remains its own business and brand, its methodologies and programs help partners and their customers adopt AI and change the way they work.
"AI enables implementations, migrations and development projects to be delivered faster and more efficiently," says Rustenhoven. "That is good news for customers, but it also means partners and service providers need to adapt their business models. The winners will be those organizations that combine deep expertise, effective use of AI and a strong ability to guide customers through change. Our role is to help partners succeed in all three areas."
