Last week, colleagues from Companial (one of the five companies within the Novature platform) gathered in sunny Barcelona for an unforgettable multi-day event.

What made it truly special? The perfect balance between business, co-creation and team spirit. From inspiring keynotes to beach games, and a dinner under the stars.

"WOW! That was my first thought, with a big smile on my face, when I woke up this morning," said Rob Idink, CEO of Companial, the day after the event. "For me personally it was much more than just an event. This was a celebration of who we are, what we stand for, and where we are heading together."

The event featured valuable insights, such as those from Mike Morton (Microsoft) on the rise of AI & Agents, and Donja van Kemenade (KPN) who shared how KPN built its social responsibility program by listening to society.

After the keynotes, teams got to work, diving into purpose, culture, and values. And of course, there was plenty of space for connection, fun, and teambuilding. Think: beach vibes, laughter, learning, dancing, and a dinner at the Torres vineyard.

This event shows what’s possible when people from different countries, roles, backgrounds come together through collaboration and trust.
