Building Companial F&SCM Community

The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management market is evolving rapidly. AI is changing customer conversations, Microsoft's ecosystem is becoming increasingly complex and partners are expected to keep pace with a constant stream of new technologies, programs and opportunities. To help Enterprise partners navigate this evolving landscape, Companial is launching a dedicated global F&SCM community led by Kim Enrum.
Having worked with Companial since 2022 and bringing more than 30 years of sales and leadership experience, including 15 years at Microsoft, Kim combines deep industry knowledge with a passion for building strong partner relationships."Throughout my career, I have always enjoyed bringing people together," says Kim.
"The Dynamics ecosystem is full of talented partners facing similar opportunities and challenges. By creating a dedicated community, we can help partners learn from each other and become stronger together."
Building on a successful foundation
The initiative builds on work that Companial started two years ago when a group of Enterprise partners came together in Amsterdam to discuss market developments, exchange experiences and explore common challenges. According to Kim, those conversations clearly demonstrated the value of community.
"What stood out to me was how much partners appreciated hearing from each other. Everyone was dealing with similar topics, from talent and delivery challenges to Microsoft's roadmap and customer expectations. There was a genuine appetite to continue those conversations."
The new F&SCM community expands on that successful concept and turns it into a global platform where Enterprise partners can regularly connect, collaborate and share knowledge.
Learning from peers
While markets may differ across regions, many of the challenges facing F&SCM partners are remarkably similar. Partners are exploring the impact of AI, searching for scarce talent, responding to changing customer demands and looking for ways to accelerate growth.
"No single partner has all the answers," Kim explains. "But collectively, there is an enormous amount of knowledge and experience within our ecosystem. One partner may have solved a challenge that another partner is facing today. Creating those connections can generate tremendous value.",
By bringing partners together across countries and markets, the community creates opportunities for peer-to-peer learning and practical knowledge sharing based on real-world experiences.
Making Microsoft easier to navigate
One topic repeatedly raised by Enterprise partners is the increasing complexity of Microsoft's ecosystem. New AI capabilities, licensing updates, product announcements and partner programs are creating significant opportunities. At the same time, many partners find it challenging to identify the right contacts within Microsoft and understand how best to engage with the organization.
"Microsoft is an incredible ecosystem, but it can sometimes be difficult to know where to start or who to contact," says Kim. "That's especially true for Enterprise partners that do not have large dedicated alliance teams."
Companial helps bridge that gap. Through its deep Microsoft relationships and understanding of the partner ecosystem, Companial can help partners connect with the right stakeholders, understand new developments and translate opportunities into practical business outcomes.
Access to FastTrack expertise
An important benefit for Enterprise Membership partners is access to Microsoft's FastTrack organization through Companial. Many partners would like to leverage FastTrack expertise but are not always sure how to engage effectively with Microsoft or access the right resources. Through their Enterprise Membership, partners can benefit from Companial's relationship with FastTrack and gain access to specialized expertise, implementation guidance and best practices that help improve customer outcomes.
"One of the unique advantages we can offer is helping partners connect to expertise that may otherwise be difficult to access," Kim explains. "Together with the knowledge available within the community itself, that creates a very powerful combination."
Creating more value together
The ambition for the community is straightforward: create the leading global network for F&SCM partners. Success will not be measured simply by the number of participants, but by the value that members receive. Whether that value comes from sharing best practices, learning from peers, gaining access to Microsoft expertise or uncovering new opportunities for growth. For Kim, the objective is ultimately about helping partners succeed.
"When partners succeed, customers succeed and the entire ecosystem becomes stronger," he says. "That's what this community is all about: creating connections, sharing knowledge and helping each other move forward."
What partners tell us they need most
- Stronger peer-to-peer networking and knowledge sharing
- Better alignment with Microsoft and greater roadmap visibility
- Support in addressing talent and skills shortages
- Go-to-market, pre-sales and ISV support
- Access to technical expertise and best practices
- Guidance around licensing and operational challenges
With the launch of the F&SCM community, Companial is bringing these needs together in one global platform designed specifically for Enterprise partners.
